Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18+, register, verify email, and maintain accurate info. One account per person. Accounts may be suspended for violations.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to owner approval and vehicle availability. Payments processed via ATZ Money or configured gateways. Platform earns a commission on completed rentals. No refunds after pickup except per policy.

Vehicle Use & Liability

Renters must follow local laws and return vehicles in same condition. Insurance is included but you are responsible for deductibles and misuse. Owners list at own risk; we facilitate connections.

Subscriptions

Plans have usage limits. No plan includes unlimited usage — contact sales for enterprise unlimited options. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

Prohibited

No illegal use, subletting, or tampering. We may cancel bookings and retain payments for violations.

Limitation of Liability

Platform provided "as is". Maximum liability limited to fees paid in prior 3 months.
